Returns & Exchange Policy

1- Order Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders. This fee is calculated based on the actual amount paid for the order.

2- Verification for High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding a total amount of $300 will undergo mandatory verification procedures to prevent fraudulent activity. Customers may be required to provide additional information or documentation to complete the verification process.

3- Refunds and Exchanges for Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

4- Transit Order Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.

5- Coupon Code Purchases: Purchases made using coupon codes are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, discounts or promotions applied through coupon codes cannot be reinstated after the purchase is completed.

6- Return Eligibility and Conditions: Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Jackets must be returned in 100% original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

7- Custom Orders: Custom-size jackets or jackets with custom changes are non-refundable.

8- Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for changes of mind.

9- Size Confirmation: Returns will not be accepted for incorrect sizing chosen by the buyer. However, we always confirm measurements with the buyer after the order is placed.

10- Return Procedure: Returns and exchanges must be initiated through Celeb Leather Jackets customer support. The provided address must be used for return shipments.

11- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which range from $25 to $50 depending on the buyer's location, even if the original shipping was free.
